- We will provide a tracking number via email once your order ships. You may also be able to view tracking info via your account on our website (if you created one).
- Customer Responsibility:
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment status and ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
6. Risk of Loss & Damages
- Lost in Transit:
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost before delivery, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a refund if a replacement is not feasible.
- Stolen After Delivery:
- Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, Pinnatec Auto is not responsible for theft or damages.
- We recommend ensuring a secure location for delivery or opting for signature confirmation if you have concerns about theft.
7. Restricted or Prohibited Destinations
- Legal Restrictions:
- Certain performance parts may be restricted in specific countries, states, or municipalities. It is your responsibility to ensure the items can be lawfully imported and used in your destination.
- Refusal of Shipment:
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if we determine shipping to that destination would violate any local, state, federal, or international law.
